small batch lemon bars

It’s obviously taken me way too long to add this essential of a recipe to my blog, so I apologize for that - but it’s here now! These are my small batch lemon bars.
They start out with a super simple and delicious brown butter shortbread crust. Now - your typical lemon bars are made with a lemon mixture without butter and are dusted with powdered sugar. But heerreee I decided to make these lemon bars out of a lemon curd. So not only do they have a ton of lemon juice and lemon zest in them, but they also have butter in them, making them super velvety and rich.
And to finish them off is a huge pile of whipped cream that’s light and creamy, pairing perfectly with the lemon curd. They’re small batch (of course), so you can enjoy the whole pan to yourself.
toasted s’mores frappuccino

This frappuccino is gorgeous & delicious. It’s officially summer which means it’s time for allllll things s’mores and frozen treats. This toasted s’mores frappuccino has all the notes of a toasty campfire s’mores in it - it’s made with a toasted marshmallow whipped cream, a chocolate sauce, and a toasted marshmallow frappe.
To get a beautifully layered drink, set some marshmallow whipped cream at the bottom of the cup and spread the chocolate sauce on to the inside of the cup. Pour in the frappe, then top it with more marshmallow whipped cream and chocolate sauce & enjoy!
cookie dough ice cream sandwiches

Speaking of frozen desserts, these are the perfect no-bake summer treat. It’s two layers of edible cookie dough sandwiched with a thick layer of vanilla ice cream - and they’re ridiculously easily customizable.
Dairy-free: use your favorite non-dairy butter stick, non-dairy milk, non-dairy ice cream & non-dairy chocolate chips.
Gluten-free: use a 1:1 gluten free flour (such as King Arthur or Bob’s Red Mill) or almond flour.
Different flavors: add in any of your favorite mix-ins, and use any flavor of ice cream (bonus points for picking a cookie dough ice cream!)
