Hello and welcome to my little corner of the internet, and newsletter: fresh bean bakery weekly! Here you’ll find out what’s new and what I updated on my blog every week & exclusive recipes for paid subscribers.

I started fresh bean bakery in 2020 during college when everything shut down, and would occasionally post recipes here and there. I graduated with a B.S. in culinary food science in May 2021 and decided that I wanted to try to turn this passion into my career - which brings us to today ☺︎

I focus on posting smaller batch bakes, which is perfect for my little family (of my fiance and our two cats & dog), and I hope for many others who only bake for themselves or their small families. But don’t worry, all of my recipes can easily be scaled up to suit the amount you’ll need.
