Hello hello! I’m super excited to share May’s recipe with all of you because it features one of my favorite flavors: coffee. If you’ve been here a while or looked around my blog, you might notice that I love coffee and love putting coffee into desserts which is exactly why I did that here today. These tiramisu brioche danishes have allll the delicious flavors of tiramisu wrapped up in little brioche danishes. With a coffee-infused milk bread brioche dough that’s ridiculously soft, light and fluffy, a *delicious*, creamy mascarpone filling, and a chocolate coffee streusel on top.
The inspiration behind this recipe comes from me wanting to make tiramisu, but in a different form. I’ve seen plenty of tiramisu cupcakes and cookies done - and don’t get me wrong - I will certainly be making those in the future (in fact, I think I’ll be making a tiramisu cake next month for my birthday) - but here on my substack I’d like to share the recipes with you that are delicious, but not always the best for social media. For instance, I absolutely LOVE making all things brioche, breads, and fruity desserts - but those don’t always reach the masses like chocolate desserts do. So if you’re also a fan of brioche, breads, and fruity desserts - thank you for supporting me, and you’ve come to the right place :) So let’s get into the recipe!
