Hello hello! ☺︎ Today I have for you a super delish no-bake recipe: stroopwafel banana pudding made with vanilla pudding, banana slices and mini stroopwafel cookies in place of nilla wafers. This is made with a homemade vanilla pudding that we lighten up with whipped cream - most popular banana puddings are made with instant pudding, which you can totally sub in here, and I understand if you want to, but it’s honestly not too difficult to make it homemade, and it’s super delish.

But anyways! This recipe yields four 5-oz cups of stroopwafel banana pudding which you can easily adjust to make two 10-oz cups or one 20-oz big banana pudding cup. So let’s get into it!
