Hello hello! ☺︎ Tomorrow is cinco de mayo so there’s no better time for me to share these small batch churros. They’re mini, perfectly crunchy on the outside with a soft interior, and they’re easier to make than they might seem.
These here are coated in a walnut cinnamon sugar coating and paired with a homemade banana caramel sauce that’s perfectly banana-y, cinnamon-y & salty. With the sauce, they’re like a cross between banana bread & churros so they’re super delicious and flavorful. I also piped them in a little wavy design (because why not.) So let’s get into it!
