Hello hello! I haven’t been posting nearly enough brioche related goods recently, so it’s time to up those numbers. Today I have for you this raspberry brioche crumb cake, which is like a regular crumb cake but is much more delish. It starts out with brioche (of course), which is super light, fluffy, buttery, and acts as our cake. Then, it’s topped with a ton of homemade raspberry jam and pistachio streusel and the result is a super soft, perfectly fruity & tart, not-too-sweet coffee-time treat.
