Hello hello and welcome to the subscriber exclusive recipe for November! I’m continuing my week of the pumpkin & chocolate combo with these pumpkin brownie cookies (aka pumpkin brookies.) They’re made with a soft, flavorful pumpkin cookie dough and they’re marbled with a fudge brownie cookie. And when I say brownie cookie, I don’t just mean a chocolate cookie, I mean that they’re a version of my fudge brownies recipe that I modified so that they bake up nicely into cookies. They’re super delicious, super flavorful - and fun to look at.
