Buuut enough about that, let’s talk about this recipe! It’s a pear walnut frangipane galette. I love galettes because they’re an easier, more delicious version of pie. This one is made with a thick layer of walnut frangipane and is topped with brown sugar & cinnamon spiced pears. It’s the perfect winter comfort pie and it’s *so* delicious.
