If you’re looking for a simple but delicious Valentine’s cake, I’ve got you covered. Of course the classic pairings for Valentine’s Day are usually strawberries & chocolate, raspberries & chocolate, and more chocolate - which is great, but, personally, I think that vanilla & fruit is a much better combo. So for my non-chocolate fans, this is for you.
Breaking it down - we’ve got a super moist vanilla orange cake that’s also super fluffy thanks to the addition of a whipped egg white in the batter, and that gets topped off with a rich, creamy, naturally beautifully pink raspberry cream cheese frosting.
