Hello hello! Here’s what’s new on the blog today + an updated post from last week. I apologize for not sending out the weekly update last Friday but it was because I got married on Saturday! ☺︎
lemon raspberry cream puff ice cream cake


Yes I am back with another cream puff ice cream cake, because they are my current obsession. This time we’re doing a lemon raspberry cream puff ice cream cake - it’s made with choux pastry (our “cake”), homemade lemon curd, homemade raspberry jam and vanilla ice cream (not homemade, but you could if you feel like going the extra mile!)

It’s an ice cream kind of week this week. These just got a little picture update on the blog. They’re made with a *super* fudgy brownie that stays fudgy and somewhat soft even when frozen and they’re filled with cherry ice cream (or vanilla, the choice is yours!) and a homemade cherry jam. These are super delish, super easy to make, and they’re great because you just keep them in the freezer and can pop one out any time you’re craving a sweet treat. Plus you can swap out the cherry ice cream and jam for any combo of ice cream and jam that you’re craving.
