Hello hello! ☺︎ It’s simply way too hot to turn on the oven at the moment so my second recipe for you this month is this lemon posset tart for two. If you haven’t heard of lemon posset, it’s both ridiculously easy to make and ridiculously delicious. It’s a British dessert that’s made with heavy cream, sugar & lemon juice. You cook the heavy cream & sugar on the stove and then add in the lemon juice, which thickens the cream so that it sets into a pudding-like consistency.
We’re making our lemon posset in two glasses with a graham cracker crust on the bottom & whipped cream on top for the perfect easy & refreshing summer treat. So let’s get into it!
