lemon raspberry brioche bun


This right here is a giant fluffy lemon raspberry brioche bun - with a delish buttery brioche base, a very lemony lemon zest, sugar, and butter mixture, fresh raspberries, and a naturally pink lemon raspberry glaze.
peaches & cream cake


This peach cake is an oldie but I made it again for a new video for it - it’s made with a super light and fluffy vanilla cake, vanilla mascarpone whipped cream frosting, and a *ton* of fresh juicy peaches.
espresso marble loaf cake


This is also an oldie that I made an updated video for. It’s made with three different flavors of cake: vanilla, espresso & chocolate but you only need to make one cake batter and then split it up to flavor the other two batters. I topped it with an espresso whipped cream this time but the original is made with an espresso-infused ganache which is also super delish. It’s fluffy, moist, super flavorful, and best enjoyed with an iced coffee.
