blueberry muffin cookies


These are new on the blog this week and are part of my ongoing mission to make two treats into one treat. These cookies are *super* soft with a melt-in-your-mouth texture and they’re loaded with fresh blueberries, blueberry jam, and a bit of greek yogurt for that little tanginess that you get from regular muffins. They’re also topped with a cinnamon streusel - because what’s a muffin without streusel?
dulce de leche strawberry shortcake


This recipe got a *big* small batch update on the blog - it’s now a delish 7” cake instead of a delish 9” cake. It’s a sweet spin on your standard strawberry shortcake - with a dulce de leche vanilla cake, a dulce de leche milk soak, and dulce de leche, a *ton* of freshly whipped vanilla bean whipped cream and a *ton* of fresh strawberries on top. It’s sweet, light, and the perfect mini summer cake.
