Hello hello! ☺︎ May’s second sub exclusive recipe is here and it’s of course another delish brioche related recipe. These blueberries & cream brioche donuts are made with a super light, fluffy & buttery brioche that’s fried, rolled in sugar for a little sweet crunch, and then they’re sliced in half and filled to the brim with a lightly sweetened vanilla bean whipped cream & a homemade blueberry jam. If you’re not a fan of blueberries you can switch them out for raspberries, strawberries, or blackberries. I don’t really have anything else to say about these except that they’re ridiculously delicious, so let’s get into it!
